When I awoke this am, my mood was such that I did not want to get up. This is unusual for me, as on a Sunday morning I go to the 9.30 service at my Church. Yesturday I had tummy gripes all day so when I went to bed I was good and tired. I had a good nights sleep and yet here I was feeling  down and lazy. The sun was shinning and my husband wanted to walk, I did’nt. I wanted to stay in bed. I swiched on the TV and watched a movie. At 10am I pulled myself from bed and made breakfast. I tried to shake myself from my feeling of doom but could not until I saw this  in an email “No mater how you feel, get up, dress up and show up”.
